Why Your Team Needs a Password Manager

Digital security padlock concept

Quick question: how many passwords do you have to remember? Ten? Fifty? A hundred? And be honest — how many of them are the same password, or close to it?

You’re not alone. Most people reuse passwords because remembering dozens of unique, complex passwords is near impossible. But here’s the problem: if a hacker gets one password, they’ll try it everywhere else — your email, your bank, your company files.

The solution? Use a password manager

Think of it as a secure digital vault. It remembers all your passwords so you don’t have to. You only need to remember one strong master password to unlock the vault. The password manager handles the rest — it can even generate long, random passwords that no human could ever guess or remember.

Most password managers work across all your devices and browsers, so whether you’re on your laptop, phone, or tablet, your passwords are always there when you need them.

Stop reusing passwords. Stop writing them on sticky notes. And definitely stop using your dog’s name followed by an exclamation point.
